Presley M. Mock, M.D.
President


Dr. Mock has been in full-time otolaryngology practice in Dallas since 1991 and brings this same passion to medical business as patient care. His commitment to patients assures Lone Star MSO’s long-term focus on the most important party to all medical business transactions - the patient.

In addition to 10 years experience with Texas Medical & Surgical Associates, current offices and appointments in the healthcare industry have provided him with broad-based knowledge, experience and perspectives relevant to the MSO business.  See Dr. Mock's full bio here.



Trey W. Schroeder, MBA

Vice President

Trey provides stability and vision in growing a successful physician owned multi-specialty practice and MSO. Trey’s personal commitment to excellent customer service and to his employees has resulted in a strong culture and a profitable enterprise. Prior to joining Lone Star MSO, Trey worked for the JHD Group managing large, single and multi-specialty physician clients across the United States. He has also worked for Medical Management Professionals and The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas holding multiple leadership roles.

Trey is a member of MGMA, ACHE and HIMSS. He enjoys speaking on physician practice issues and is an expert in physician practice and physician network improvement. Trey earned his undergraduate in Political Science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock and his MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. Trey and his wife, Amy, reside in Dallas.

Houston Landry, MSA
Director of Business Solutions

Bringing nearly 15 years of marketing expertise to our firm, Houston’s dedication to researching and creating the most effective, practical and efficient practice management solutions has earned him the reputation as a client-centric professional. Prior to joining Lone Star MSO, Houston served as the Director of Business Development for a physician-owned multi-national radiology interpretation services practice. He also served a one year stint as the Operations Manager for the same radiology firm, allowing him to develop a comprehensive and unique understanding of how managed business solutions positively impact a practice’s operational environment. 

Houston is an active member of the MGMA and ACHE. He earned his undergraduate degree in Technical Communications from Texas Tech University and his MSA from Central Michigan University.
