Lone Star MSO was founded 1996 to as a solution to the practice management needs of the physician community. Early on, it became apparent that the available information technology was unable to support our services in an optimal way. Therefore, during the next 10 years, while many of our colleagues invested in clinical expansion, we invested human and financial capital in perfecting the operational expertise of our staff and processes.

After 10 years of research and service validation, the physicians of Texas Medical & Surgical Associates formally launched Lone Star MSO in 2006. Today, Lone Star offers a comprehensive suite of support services.
